No, all translations and text are password protected. When you create a new translation job you also create a password for that translation. Only you and your translator will have access to the translation URL.
No, your translation memory is private and will not be accessible by or available to anyone else. The only exception is if you add a translator to your team. Translators on a team have access to the translation memory of anyone on the same team.
The translator can choose to make comments visible or invisible to clients. Some translators prefer to use comments to communicate with the client, others use the comments to communicate with other translators on their team.
